You can never get your money back and nothing will be done to make sure other people don't have the same issue. So if there is a problem, Steam will not do anything to help you. The money never goes through Steam as a company. The purchases in this type of game are made in-app, and the money goes directly to the developer. I learned the hard way that you should NEVER play "free" games on Steam. ![]()
